Proteus Abounds CAST: Berov - Loxodon Cleric Mordai Scropen - Tiefling Sorcerer Glacian Icebreaker - Dragonborn Fighter Myev the Honourable - Half-orc Paladin NPCs: Sir Braford - Human Paladin Sharwyn Hucrele - Human Wizard Talgen Hucrele - Human Fighter Trex and Arc - Goblin companions After enjoying some of the fun and enagaging in some light chatter with one another, the party began to head in for the night. Or at least that was their plan, until they found Calcyrx and Meepo effectively crashing the party and frightening the civilians. That was not their intention, though; the dragon simply wanted to partake as well. The group confronted them, thanking them for their help in the defense of Oakhurst, where Calcyrx rained her icy breath on the blights from above. Sessions #21-22: The Final Battle

The Final Battle CAST: Berov - Loxodon Cleric Mordai Scropen - Tiefling Sorcerer Glacian Icebreaker - Dragonborn Fighter Myev the Honourable - Half-orc Paladin NPCs: Sir Braford - Human Paladin Sharwyn Hucrele - Human Wizard Talgen Hucrele - Human Fighter Soon after they encountered the unfamiliar Twig Blights, which they later identified as Vine Blights and Needle Blights, they found Mr. Misty camping nearby. Berov, Mordai, Glacian, Myev, Sharwyn, Talgen, Sir Braford, and Bane continued to fight long and hard against the creatures. First, they were able to take out the Vine Blights. After exchanging some blows with Mr. Misty, however, they discovered that he was animating some of the dead beneath the ground and they zombie creatures began to attack them.  Myev then got up close and personal with Mr. Misty and used their Moonbeam attack against it. The Path to Oblivion CAST: Berov - Loxodon Cleric Mordai Scropen - Tiefling Sorcerer Glacian Icebreaker - Dragonborn Fighter Myev the Honourable - Half-orc Paladin NPCs: Sir Braford - Human Paladin Sharwyn Hucrele - Human Wizard Talgen Hucrele - Human Fighter Erky Timbers - Gnome Cleric The party picked up this session with receiving some intel from an Oakhurst scout that Mr. Misty and a small remaining troop of twig blights were camping in a nearby location. Upon visiting Felosial’s office, they found a familiar Drow, Allas, one of the folks who ambushed the group during Darrus’ trap in the Underdark. He theorized that Mr. Misty was weakened or otherwise disinclined to fight in the light. Using that information, you formulated a plan to bring the fight directly to him. Battle for Oakhurst CAST: Berov - Loxodon Cleric Mordai Scropen - Tiefling Sorcerer Glacian Icebreaker - Dragonborn Fighter Myev the Honourable - Half-orc Paladin NPCs: Sir Braford - Human Paladin Sharwyn Hucrele - Human Wizard Talgen Hucrele - Human Fighter Erky Timbers - Gnome Cleric With their new task given to them by the kobold queen, the party returned to Oakhurst after being away for a long while. On the way back, the team reflected on what they learned and discussed amongst themselves what they believed the the misty creature was. They theorized that it was some sort of manifestation of the vampire, Gulthias, was was staked in the Sunless Citadel and gave rise to the nightmarish Twig Blights. They didn't discuss for much longer, though, because they soon returned to the welcoming gates of Oakhurst, where they were happily met with many familiar faces.
